To the Clerke of the Peace of and for the County of Middex, or his lawfull Deputy.
I Richard Gomeldon of Summerfield Court in the County of Kent Esqr . in Pursuance of the late Act of Parliament Intitled an Act to oblige Papists to Register their names and reall Estates, doe by this Writeing under my hand desire you or one of you to Register my name and Estate in the severall Messuages Lands and hereditaments herein after menconed, stituate lying and being in the said County of Middex.
A true Particular of all the Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditaments Stituate lying and being in the said County of Middlesex where of I the said Richard Gomeldon am or any other person or persons in trust for me is or are Seiz'd or possessed or in the Receipt or perception of the Rents or profitts in the possession of me the said Richard Gomeldon or of my Severall tenants, together with the Severall yearly rents or Sums of money paid for the Same, as the same is herein after particularly express'd (that is to Say)
A Messuage or Tenement call'd the Wind Mill Inne with the Stables Ware houses Out houses are and Buildings thereunto belonging stituate lying and being in St. John Street in the parish of Saint Sepulchres in the said County of Middex , now or late in the possession of Thomas Pratt and Jeremiah Tasker Inn holders or the one of them, who hold or holds the same Tenants or Tenant at Wills at the yearly rent of Eighty pounds
An other Messuage of Tenement with the appurtenances in the same parish and Street now in the possession of Thomas Wells Grocer , who holds the same as tenant at Will at the yearly rent of the twenty two pounds
An other Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances in the same Parish and Street now
in the possession of Thomas Noone Barber , who holds the Same as Tenant at Will, at the yearly.
Rent of four pounds.
An other Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances in the same Parish and Street, now in
the possession of William Rutter Hosier , who holds the same as Tenant at Will, at the yearly.
Rent of forty shillings.
An other Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances in the same Parish and Street now in the possession of Adam Lewgar Turner , who holds the Same as Tenant at Will at the yearly Rent of fourteen pounds. All which said Messuages and premisses are to be kept in repaire, by me the said Richard Gomeldon at my own proper costs and charges, or to be allow'd for out of the said Severall Rents.
In all which said Messuages Tenements and premisses I the said Richard Gomeldon have an Estate or Interest for and dureing the terme of my naturall life only, and the same premisses descended or came to me in possession by or upon the decease of Anne Barrett late Wife of Francis Barrell Esquire now Recorder of the City of Rochester , Which said Anne dyed on or about theday of November last past, and not before, Witness my hand this four and Twentieth day of December Anno Donimi 1717 .
