|Particulars of order or dismissal:||On information being sworn Deft [?] Bail, herself in £5 and two sureties in £2.10 to keep of the peace and good behaviour towards all. All subject to six cal[endar] months [?] date and in default to be imp[risone]d in HM Prison for females for one cal[endar] month without hard labour unless she shall sooner enter into such sureties.|

|Cause of complaint:||That Defendant on the 5th of May 1900, at Youghal in the Co. Cork did unlawfully and maliciously break two panes of glass value for about 2/- in the window of Complainants dwelling house|
|Particulars of order or dismissal:||Defendant convicted and ordered to pay sum of 10/- for compensation and for costs the sum of 2/- and in default of payment to be imprisoned in Her Majesty's Prison for females at Cork for 7 days without hard labour unless he shall sooner pay the before named sums. This order to take effect after that in case 47|
