Cause of complaint: Deft. being licensed for the sale of spirits and beer by retail in his house and premises as Ballymaccoda in the [?] district of Castlemartyr and county of Cork, had said house and premises open for the sale of drink at an hour and time when such sale is illegal that is to say at the hour of 8 hr 5 m, on Friday the 5th Dec 1875 and divers persons therein
Particulars of order or dismissal: Fined ten shillings with costs one shilling
