Tewkesbury Will Suit

All Opposition Discontinued and Probate Granted

On Monday before Justice Shearman in the Probate Court, in the action Sergeaunt v. Des Barres and others, Mr Bayford, K.C. said this was a probate action in which plaintiff propounded a will of March 1911, and a codicil of September 1914. of Isabella Matilda Gumbleton. widow, of Twining Manor, Tewkesbury, who died in 1917. Defendants had sought to upset the will and codical, but discontinued all opposition.

Evidence having been given of due execution of the will and codicil, the Judge granted probate.
