The whole of the large Stock, comprising BOOTS and SHOES of every description--Ladies', Gentlemen's, and Children's--must be CLEARED OFF during the next twenty-one days, in lots to suit the convenience of purchasers.

Every Pair will be offered at fully 40 per cent. lower than the usual price. All damaged or soiled goods must sell regardless of cost. No reasonable offer refused.

Hours of business during this sale commence at 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day (Saturdays excepted).
