This is the last will and testament of me Robert Gumbolton of the Parish of West Grimstead in the County of Wilts Blacksmith touching the settling and disposing of such worldly goods and estate whoso with God has been pleased to bless me.
First I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann the wife of Francis Harreat the sum of One pound and one shilling of like lawful mony of Great Britain.
Also I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth the wife of John Lestor the sum of One pound one shilling of like lawful mony of Great Britain
Also I give and bequeath to my son William Gumbolton the sum of One pound one shilling of like lawful mony,
All which several sums or legacies by my Executrix herin after named within six months after my decease and after payment of my Debts Legacies and Funeral Expenses by my Executrix I give devise and bequeath to my beloved Wife Mary Gumbolton the income of my estates and also all my Goods and Chattels whatsoever and wheresoever for and during the Form of her natural Life from and after her decease I give and bequeath my said estates and Chattles whatsoever to my son Thomas Gumbolton his heirs Executors and Administrators forever and for and during all the same several Estates and Interest I have therein
and I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said beloved Wife Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by and made In Witness whereof I the said Robert Gumbolton the Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty ninth day of August in the Year of our Lord 1763.
Signed Sealed published and declared by the Robart Gumbelton said Robert Gumbelton the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto set our Names as witneses at his Request and in his presence
